The National Home Missions Department of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Jesus Christ, Inc. is continually and actively seeking for venues where new churches can be started. As in every endeavor we do for the Kingdom of God, there needs to be someone with a desire to see souls brought to Jesus so they can receive salvation for their soul. Jesus said in Luke 10:2, ‘The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few; pray ye therefore the Lord of the Harvest, that he would send forth labourers unto his harvest.’
There have been several new churches started in recent years with the financial and spiritual support of the PA of JC, Inc. National Home Missions Department. There needs to be much prayer that God will deal with hearts and minds of our young ministers today, and that they will feel the call on their ministry to pastor and start new churches. Romans 10:14-15 tells us that God will send preachers to proclaim the good news of God’s Plan of Salvation.
The National Home Missions Department also is very active in visiting established churches to encourage the pastors to keep up the ‘warfare’ that Paul told the church of Ephesus about in Ephesians 6:10-18. Until God comes back for HIS church, there is much work to be done. All pastors, evangelists, Sunday school teachers and saints of God must be about the business of winning souls.
The National Foreign Missions Department of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Jesus Christ, Inc. is responsible for establishing and supporting ministries in various foreign countries. This department has established Bible schools, new churches and has helped train missionary workers and helpers. It is a very active department in the work of the Lord. Our missionaries have labored long and hard to establish foreign works.
The National Foreign Missions Department was founded on the words of Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19 "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:". This is called the Great Commission. There is no greater commission than spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every nation and tongue.
